An astonishing pair of armchairs by Czech designer and architect Borek Sipek. Borek Sipek is considered the father of the neo-Baroque style. He floods the world with his creations of surprising curves and eccentric designs. From furniture to tableware to lighting fixtures, Borek Sipek, who died in 2016, created a range of products that would make him the renowned designer he is today. These armchairs feature a black leather seat and backrest supported by an unusual base. Metal tubes and a rigid plastic plate inside create the curves. Full of dynamism, the base mingles with the armrests and is formed of leather strips woven on one side and then the other.
