About this vintage design furniture

The bowl is composed by three elements: two hemispheres and one cylinder. The collaboration between Ettore Sottsass and Aldo Londi at Bitossi started around 1950. The time they created the well-known black and white ceramics, the multicolour “Totems” and the historical production for Memphis. Sottsass had a important influence on the artistic development of the company.
