About this vintage design furniture
Trapèze dining table designed by Jean Prouvé in the 1950s and made as re-edition by Tecta mid 1980s. This table is out of production by Tecta since 1988, as Vitra owns the licenses. Silver color sheet metal design, with a loose tabletop consisting of textured glass. The table is in very good condition, the glass has no damages. The table comes with the original prospect from Tecta.

About the designer
Jean PROUVE
1901 - 1984Jean Prouvé (1901-1984) was a French designer and builder. Born in Nancy, he began working in his father's iron workshop before studying art and design at the École de Nancy. In the 1920s, he began designing metal furniture and founded his own company, Ateliers Jean Prouvé, in 1923.
