About this vintage design furniture
Set of 4 vintage Scandinavian teak chairs designed by Niels KOEFOEDS and manufactured by Koefoeds Møbelfabrik in the late 1960s. The backrest is made of vertical lamellas in teak multi-ply. These vintage chairs have been fully restored and reupholstered in a Kvadrat-style blue woollen fabric (fabric used by KNOLL).

Niels KOEFOED
Koefoed is the name of a Danish design company founded in 1958 by Koefoed Larsen and his wife, Hanne Kjærholm. Koefoed Larsen, born in 1926 in Hobro, Denmark, studied carpentry and design at the Copenhagen School of Design.
