Vintage lacquered brass chest of drawers and mirrors for Maison Jansen, 1970

A beautiful and rare cream-lacquered chest of drawers, brass and mirrors made to order by Maison Jansen in the late '70s. The contrast between the beige lacquer, the brushed brass frames around the structure and drawers, and the bronze-tinted mirrors on the fronts is superb. The three materials reflect light in different, subtle ways, creating a superb palette of warm colors. A very chic and decorative chest of drawers, in the pure style of the 70's, of rare craftsmanship. It has been fully restored and relacquered, and is in superb condition.
