About this vintage design furniture

Round, gilded wood pouffe in the imitation of bamboo, with spinning top decoration in the center. Grooved houndstooth base. Black velvet upholstery with traditional braid. Seat top depicting a labyrinth, in shades of green and blue, with striated braid. French work circa 1880. Reference : 306176
