Brutalist mirror in solid wood from the 1930s Magnificent curved frame in stained fir wood. Very thick antique mercury mirror. This is only the second time we've come across a mirror of this type, and we haven't yet unraveled its story. The shape of the frame reminds us of the wood used for barrels. However, this is not the type of wood that was used for this type of craft, preferring oak, chestnut or acacia. However, this wood, which is handcrafted, seems to be a recycled part of a wooden product. The mystery continues, but the charm is there.
