About this vintage design furniture
This stunning pair of André Arbus cabinets is sure to add an element of French neoclassical chic to any decorating scheme. They were designed and built by André Arbus in the late 1930s. Made from solid oak, each cabinet is decorated with celadon green lacquer, one of André Arbus's signature designs. The Orientalist mirror frame is covered in gold leaf. The large bronze twisted handle is also gold-leafed, as is the frieze. All the details are a fine testimony to André Arbus's chic neoclassicism. Each cabinet features three oak shelves and a drawer. Large central and side mirrors make these wardrobes ideal for a bedroom or dressing room, or as decorative cabinets in an entrance hall or living room. Both pieces have been fully restored and are in superb condition.
