About this vintage design furniture
This magnificent dining table in ceruse oak was designed by Italian designer Tommaso Barbi in the 1970s. The top features a laion inlay forming an attractive frame, with a large raised central brass circle serving as a door rest. Numerous brass details, such as the two inlays on the entire waistband, the six solid brass balls separating the top and base, and the hoof details, highlight the superb proportions of this table, and its sleek rectilinear lines. A beautiful piece, rare, decorative and airy, and of rare craftsmanship. This dining table has been fully restored, brass cleaned and repolished, and is in superb condition.
