About this vintage design furniture
This beautiful desk lamp was designed by Oscar Torlasco and produced in Italy by Stilux Milano in the 1950s. It is made of solid brass, with a slick green lacquered metal base and shade. Both the shade and the stem adjust for angling of light. This lamp is an iconic creation of the designer but also a classic timeless twentieth-century design, mixing elegance and modernity. It would make a perfect addition to both a contemporary or mid-century desk. This lamp has been fully cleaned and restored, fully rewired with three E14 medium based sockets, and in great vintage condition.
