One dining chair or desk chair model 255, in teak and leather by Henning Kjærnulf for Bruno Hansen, Denmark, 1950s. These solid teak chairs have a beautiful curved back. The diagonal support of the back makes the design of these chairs very open and airy. Nice Y-shapes are created by the lines of the back. The chair has been completely restored by our professional Danish cabinetmaker and are in excellent condition. It has also been reupholstered with quality cognac leather by a professional. Henning KJAERNULF

Henning Kjaernulf (1929-2009) was a Danish designer who left his mark on the 1950s-1970s with his functional, elegant furniture. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he was trained in carpentry and design.
