Restored ArtDeco Set of Four Solid Oak Armchairs. Material: Solid Oak, High-Quality Leather Source: Czechia Period: 1920-1929 Revived original polish. New professional upholstery in genuine, high-quality Italian leather. These armchairs are from the workshop of the architect brothers Franc and Hubert Gessner. Both were students of Otto Kolomann Wagner, considered one of the founders of modern European architecture. The chairs were designed for a house designed by the Gessner brothers. This item features classic Art Deco elements. Art Deco is a style that originated in France in the early 20th century. Its furniture designs are meticulously crafted, usually using exotic woods.
