Vintage "Etudiant" desk by Pierre Guariche for Meurop, 1962

Iconic "Etudiant" desk by Pierre Guariche for Meurop. Produced between 1962 and 1967, this model dates from 1962. Black lacquered metal structure, varnished teak veneered chipboard top, brushed aluminum handles. In very good vintage condition, the top has been reworked, with a few traces of use and age, small dents, scratches and minor wear, giving it a beautiful patina. The base has not been reprocessed, with uniform wear and tear. Very good overall appearance. Dimensions: Width: 120cm, depth: 60cm, height: 74cm, useful width between pedestal and base: 66cm, useful height under shelf: 68cm.
