About this vintage design furniture
Stunning mid-century modern Scandinavian chandelier designed by Carl Fagerlund (1960s). Thick and clear glass made by Orrefors (Sweden's finest glass factory) and gilded brass body by Danish Lyfa. Diffuses the light beautifully (see pictures). Quite heavy (6.5 kg). High quality craftsmanship. A unique addition to a range of interiors such as Mid-Century Modern, Hollywood Regency, 70's Glamour, Traditional or Contemporary.
Re-wired and ready to use (compatible in all countries Europe, US, UK, etc.). Requires 5 E14 light bulbs. LED compatible. Total height (from the ceiling): c. 80 cm (can be adjusted free of charge upon request); Ø: 35 cm. Excellent vintage condition.

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
