Danish mid century office shelving in rosewood by Preben Sorensen for Ps System, Denmark 1960s

Danish mid-century shelving design by Preben Sorensen and manufactured by PS System, Randers in the 60s. This entirely modular shelving system is ideal for a home office, as the compact desk will allow you to work even in the living room. The whole set is veneerd in beautiful grain rosewood hangs on solid wood rails, that have been remade. Especially noteworthy are the brass details of the cabinet, drawers handles. The set consists of: - 4 shelves 20 cm deep, - desk with two drawers; H:12 / W: 80 / D: 45 cm (drawers height: 8cm)  - a desk shelf 45cm deep, - a cabinet with sliding doors with inner shelf; H: 35 / W: 80 / D: 35 cm  - 3 wooden wall rails 200 cm long combined from 2 pieces, each 100 cm - brass fittings and bolts The wall unit has been checked by our team. We have made sure that all drawers and doors work properly. On many occasions, we have to sand down the most used parts (if they are scratched badly). Here we have only cleaned the wood and the original varnish was refreshed with professional compounds. We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality.
