About this vintage design furniture
Vintage sputnik chandelier from the 80s/90s.50 prisms in murano glass, handmade. Chain length can be adjusted. A very impressive and original piece. Shipment possible worldwide (ask for a quote), I remain available to answer any questions promptly. Period: 80s/90s. Dimensions: 51, 20 inches (130 cm) high with chain; 27, 55 inches (70 cm) high without chain; 37, 40 inches (95 cm) diameter. Glass dimensions: 10 prisms tried: 11, 80 inches (30 cm) high; 1, 20 inches (3 cm) diameter 20 prisms tried: 13, 80 inches (35 cm) high; 1, 20 inches (3 cm) diameter 20 prisms tried: 15, 75 inches (40 cm) high; 1, 20 inches (3 cm) diameter. Bulbs: 10 e14 size bulbs (not included in sale) - - on request, we can replace sockets with those suitable for the American electrical system.

About the designer
Gino VISTOSI
Gino Vistosi was an Italian designer who was born in 1931 and died in 2016. He was best known for his work in glassmaking and glassblowing, an artisan skill typical of Italy's Venice region. He began his career in the 1950s, working in the family glassmaking business, Vistosi, founded by his grandfather in 1921.
