About this vintage design furniture

The bookcase was made in the 1970s, designed by leading Danish designer Kai Winding. The structure is covered with rosewood veneer. The legs are made of solid wood stained black. The surface after refreshing. Inside, the space has been filled with eight practical shelves. Seven of the shelves are height adjustable. The bookcase is the ideal solution for a collection of books to be arranged in a small living space. An additional feature of the furniture is the versatile bar, which features four capacious drawers and two shelves. Key included. Condition: The surface of the furniture has been refreshed. Visible minor scratches, dings and filled veneer losses. Larger signs of use are always shown in the photos. Product ready to use. *For safety reasons, the furniture may have its legs unscrewed and shelves removed for transportation. Assembly should not be a problem. About the designer

Kaj WINDING

Kaj Winding was a Danish designer who was born in 1926 and died in 1965 at the age of 39. He began his industrial design career working for Danish companies Verner Panton and Arne Jacobsen. In 1958, he co-founded Design-Craftsmen, which produced modern furniture for Danish and Scandinavian interiors.
