About this vintage design furniture

French Art Deco sculpture in green glaze depicting a lion. The sculpture comes from the studio Le Jan in Saint Etienne, not signed but known in the book Craquelés, “Ceramic animals” 1920-1940, Patrick Malaureille, MASSIN editor 1993, page 53. It is said that these ceramic Le Jan lions allegedly manufactured for the Peugeot Garage dealer in 1934. In good condition for its age. Reference : 277879
