Vintage Art Deco walnut and wool bench by Maison Dominique, 1940

This beautiful Art Deco bench was made in solid stained walnut in the early 1940s by Maison Dominique, created by the decorators André Domin and Marcel Genevrière. The cabinet work, the pure line, the slightly curved legs finished with brass shoes are simply magnificent. This bench has been completely restored and covered with a woolen bouclette from Lelièvre.
