About this vintage design furniture

The unique style of this table is recognized all-over the world. Designed by Jindrich Halabala for UP Zavody in Czechoslovakia in 1930s. The table design is appreciated for decades. The table has a strong, thick top board and four curving legs. The design resembles a spider, hence the name. This particular table is made of oak wood with walnut veneer on top board. The table is restored with a new finish. The top board shows some age wear but this was restored as well as we could have done it to keep up the beautiful veneer. The shade of wood is lighter on the legs, a beautiful warm walnut on the top board. Beautiful item. Reference : 260959
