This is a good quality Art Deco figured oak octagonal coffee table, with a beautiful shape and mellow colour, circa 1930, in original condition. The octagonal top boasts lovely contrasting grain veneers. The top of the coffee table rests on four outward curved supports, which extend from a lower octagonal shelf that in turn sits on four downward curved feet. The table displays solid craftsmanship. This piece boasts classic art deco styling in the overall design of the curved corners, clean lines to top and the choice of materials. The coffee table displays a mellow figured oak colour.
