About this vintage design furniture
Stunning pair of large glass & brass table lamps by Carl Fagerlund for Orrefors (Sweden, 1960s). The lamps feature 6 thick amber glass cubes separated by brass cylinders. Quite heavy (3.6 kg each). Cleaned, well-wired and ready to use. Each lamp requires one E27 light bulb. LED compatible. European wiring - rewiring available free of charge upon request. Total height (without the shade): 42 cm; width (base): 8 cm; depth (base): 8 cm. Excellent vintage condition. One of the lamps is slightly darker than the other one. The lamps are sold without the shade shown on the pictures.

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
