About this vintage design furniture
Stunning mid century round dining table mod. BT201 design by Gio Ponti for RIMA during 1950s. It was presented at the IX Milan Triennale. It has black lacquered metal base with brass inserts and feet, the round top is made of teak veneered plywood . The table is in very good condition, the top surface has been restored! It is ready to furnish your home, shop or gallery!

Gio PONTI
1891 - 1979Gio Ponti (1891-1979) was an Italian designer, architect, writer and teacher, considered one of the most influential designers of 20th-century Italy. Born in Milan, he studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic University and began working as an architect in 1921.
