About this vintage design furniture
A scarce single sofa in flowing segmented leather.
Switzerland, c1970s.
By Ubald Klug for De Sede. Reminiscent of a flowing Swiss Hillside.
This DS-1025 model has since become a design legend.
Original leather, which remains in generally good condition, there is one small repair to the reverse.
Location: London Gallery.
Dimensions: 68 H x 151 W x 88 D in cm.

Ubald Klug was an Austrian industrial designer, born on October 10, 1933 in Vienna and died on May 8, 2017. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, where he was trained in sculpture and industrial design.
