About this vintage design furniture
A pair of armchairs type 6952 designed by Jaroslav Smídek for TON was produced in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s. Armchairs were made in a factory, e.g. Tyništé n. Orl. They are completely renovated. The woodwork is made of a beech massif, it has been cleaned and hand-covered with a new color shellac polish. The upholstery has been completely replaced. The seat is covered with high-quality Italian upholstery fabric. The colors of the upholstery are nicer in reality than in the pictures, this type of upholstery strongly reflects the camera light and the colors come out faded, in fact it is navy blue and dark green.
