About this vintage design furniture
T-chair, model 3LC, was designed by Douglas Kelly, Ross Littell and William Katavolos for Laverne International in New York in 1952. The chair is made of chrome-plated steel tubing, lacquered flat steel and black leather with hidden screws that attach the leather seat to the frame. Seat height 44 cm Good general condition Weight : 15 kg each

Estelle LAVERNE
1915 - 1997Erwine (b. 1887) and Estelle (b. 1896) Laverne were an American design couple who worked together from the late 1920s until Erwine's death in 1951. They were active in the fields of interior decoration, furniture design and textile design.
