Vintage stainless steel coffee table by Jansen, 1970

This coffee table has a sliding feature on the top shelf that turns it into a display table. It offers the possibility to display collectibles, magazines, etc. The table is made of solid stainless steel, the frames of the two glass plates are gold plated. The table frame is in very good condition with just a superficial scratch on one side. The gold plated upper frame has some light oxidation under the glass plate in some areas. The lower glass plate is flawless, the upper glass plate has a beveled cut and shows minimal signs of wear. Maison Jansen made this table in the 1970s and has been known to produce the highest quality French furniture since 1880.
