About this vintage design furniture

Elegant 1960s sideboard designed by Frank Guille for the London firm Austinsuite Ltd. London. The body, trays and drawers are made of laminated oak wood. The bambi legs, characteristic of mid-20th century Scandinavian design, are made of solid teak wood, as are the subtle drawer and cupboard handles. Its exterior design is totally identical, with a storage space on each side and three central drawers. The door on the right, divides the space with a canopy to half, leaving space to store bottles or larger pieces and to be used as a bar. When we open the left door we find another dividing shelf, this time occupying the full depth of the space. The top drawer uses a third of the space as a small cutlery tray lined with black felt. It is in very good condition because it has been restored and completed with two capsules of ecological calcium acetate of the British brand Osmo. It has only two small repairs to a handle and one of the legs as can be seen in the photographs.
