Beautiful Berber carpet from the 1960s. The first step of the cleaning process is to carefully pat the carpet to remove any dust and dust mites. The subsequent pre-wash with a pH-neutral soap will remove stains. For the main wash, the carpet is carefully hand washed - a special soap protects the fibers and preserves the natural wool grease of the carpet. The first dehydration takes place by means of mechanical pressing and spinning, to then let the carpets dry in a constant air circulation.
