Vintage industrial shelf in corrugated iron and wood

This mid-century floating shelf wall unit is borderline industrial: the corrugated metal center support is half of a hollow tube, and has four slots that support the beveled wood shelves. The wood has been restored, sanded and oiled for a high-quality finish and supreme longevity.The original owner of this piece commissioned it for his child's bedroom, and it came from a country estate in the Home Counties, UK, in the 1960s.
