About this vintage design furniture

Tom Dixon unveils the mesmerizing Mirror Ball 50 Blown like a chrome gum bubble in a mold, its intricate design and mirror effect create an impressive visual rendering: the plastic sphere is metallized in a process commonly used in the production of the sunglasses and space helmet visors from which it was directly inspired. At 34 mirrored and 14 clear, the Mirror Ball's internal metallic design focuses the light and brilliance of the bulb, projecting a wide beam of soft light. Whether simply placed or as a classic pendant, the Mirror Ball with its oversized, basic yet extravagant look will fit perfectly into any interior style. This piece dates back to the 2000's, it is in very nice condition despite slight traces of use.
