About this vintage design furniture
Set of two charming and refined 60s two-light wall lamps. Artistic hand-blown heavy glass lampshades and gilded metal frames. There is no trademark on the lamps, however, due to the use of this kind of heavy brutalist glass as well as their very particular and essential shape, they can be attributed to the production of Mazzega Murano. The glass shades, were created one by one in transparent glass with amberorange streaks. They have a smooth surface, while underneath is rough, thanks to a hot application of minute fragments of glass, called "Graniglia" in Venetian, in a very special processing. See the photos. Good condition, on the metal frames there are oxidations compatible with age, the glass shades are in perfect condition. The wiring and the four E14 lamp holders have been replaced. Works 110-240 volts.
