Large woven rattan armchair with wide curved arms and high backrest with ears. This model was created by Gio Ponti and Lio Carminati for the liner "Conte Biancamaro" Bonacina Edition around 1955.

Gio PONTI
1891 - 1979Gio Ponti (1891-1979) was an Italian designer, architect, writer and teacher, considered one of the most influential designers of 20th-century Italy. Born in Milan, he studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic University and began working as an architect in 1921.
