Mid century S 74 leather armchair by Josef Gorcica for Thonet

This Thonet S 74 with light beech wood armrests and black nappa leather is in good condition. The leather of the seat is without any signs of wear, there are only slight pressure marks on the back. The massive chrome frame is flawless. Josef Gorcica, who has worked for Thonet since the 1950s, designed this chair in the 90s for the German manufacturer Thonet, which has been producing furniture from wood in first-class quality since 1819. This cantilever chair is also solidly executed.
