About this vintage design furniture
A beautiful Memphis style tapestry, model "Erie", designed by Andrée Putman and made by Gérard Toulemonde in France around 1980. This wonderful rug is made of a soft fabric in different shades of beige brown and grey green. It has three different patterns: a plain brown border followed by curved lines and a dotted pattern in the central part. This combination gives it a unique and very attractive style that adds a unique touch to the decor. The manufacturer's label is located on the bottom. It shows the details, description and manufacturing specifications. The tapestry remains in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful vintage patina.
