About this vintage design furniture
Set of four chairs model 89 by Erik Buch for the Danish firm Anderstrup Møbelfabrik. Designed and manufactured in the 1960s, they are in the classic, high quality style predominant in Danish design in the mid-20th century. The frame is made of solid teak afromosia wood and the seat and backrest are upholstered in a handmade cotton fabric with a black herringbone pattern. Due to the width of its seat and the size and curvature of its backrest, it is perhaps one of the most comfortable dining chairs that have passed through our hands. A timeless set and an icon of the furniture design of the period in which to invest. Ideal for spending hours around the table in good company. They are in perfect condition as they have been restored and finished with Danish oil.
