About this vintage design furniture
The large glass platter was designed by Josef Hospodka for Chribska Sklarna in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s. The bowl was made of crystal glass, colored in mass and hand-formed. The object is dyed in red and yellow. Organically modernist style batter with sophisticated traverses. Very good condition, no damage, slight signs of use. About the designer
Josef HOSPODKA
Josef Michal Hospodka was a Czech designer who was born in 1923 and died in 1989. He studied at the School of Applied Arts in Prague, where he began working as a teacher after graduating.
