He was a Swedish graphic designer, illustrator, painter and craftsman. Grane graduated from Hvitfeldtska Läroverket in Gothenburg in 1945, then studied art with Nils Wedel at the Slöjdföreningen School and the Graphic School of the Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. After graduation, he was employed as a draughtsman at the Swedish Telegram Agency and later at the publishing house Allhema in Malmö. He participated in the spring exhibition at Charlottenborg in 1951. His public works include a blacksmith's shop in Rosengård, a ceramic wall in Högaholm, an art decoration at Högaholm School in Malmö, a painting for Herrljung Cementindustri, an entrance decoration for Skånska Brand in Lund, and a monumental painting over the stage at the Admiralen Dance Palace. Today, his works can be seen in museums in Gothenburg, Malmö and Helsingborg.Original vintage condition.
