About this vintage design furniture
Rare dining table designed by architect Hein Salomonson for AP Originals in the 1950s. The table has a white Formica top with a black plastic edge and rests on four thin square black metal tube profiles at the base, finished with a wooden spool (painted black). The table is marked and comes from the first owner.Good vintage condition. The Formica top has light signs of wear (see photos) and light discoloration (off-white). The legs show signs of wear consistent with their age.

Hein Salomonsen is a Danish designer renowned for his work in industrial and product design. He was born in 1965 in Aarhus, Denmark, and studied industrial design at the Århus School of Arts and Crafts, graduating in 1992.
