Beautiful blue ashtray or a bowl made of a pressed glass. Produced in Czechoslovakia in 1960s. Designed by Frantisek Pečený. Frantisek Pečený was one of the most significant glass designers in 1960s in Czechoslovakia. He was often called a "master of patter". As he often produced the most intricate and detailed patterns, mostly inspired by nature in pattern and color. He works with the optical quality of glass and uses some lens systems to create his unique patterns. This bowl is a great work of the designer in a perfect condition.
