About this vintage design furniture
Chrome tube and bent plywood chair. Elastic, but sturdy. First designed in late 20’s, simultaneously, by Mart Stam, Marcel Breuer and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. This one by Mart Stam, a dutch architect, manufactured by Thonet in the 40’s. Chrome-plated tubular metal frame in a very good original condition. Seat and backrest professionally cleaned and varnished in deep brown. Seat height 45 cm.
