About this vintage design furniture
Special buffet on curved legs designed by Cees Braakman for UMS-Pastoe in 1960. This Pastoe furniture was custom made for the main buyer of Vroom Dreesman (Dutch department store). Cees Braakman's design is recognizable by its handles and doors (Japanese series). Remarkable by the curved legs and the 5 drawer cabinet (in the style of Arne Vodder). The condition is still good with normal traces of use and wear; some cracks in the white door veneer. Materials: teak wood, teak veneer, pressed wood and white lacquer (original). Dimensions: h x w x d 114 x 302 x 45 cm. Source: 1959-60 Pastoe catalog.
