About this vintage design furniture
This pair of Arum wall lights is a rather exceptional exclusive model with three light arms in black lacquered metal. They still have their original opalines reminiscent of the arum flower. This makes them rare because the models that are most often found today have lost their flower. Their modernist and timeless design was drawn by Jean Royère in 1957. Jean Royère is all about design and the marriage of shapes and materials. The artist's creations are refined and reflect a concern for unique aesthetics. The decorator succeeds in integrating a poetic note throughout his work, as in this case with this magnificent ensemble evoking bouquets of arums. They are also listed in the Arlus manufacturer's catalogue under number 1370.
