About this vintage design furniture
Pendant light constructed from carefully bent sheets of pine veneer around a pine wood frame. The light bulb socket ends up in a wooden cone at the top of the shade. Good condition with a small break in one veneer sheet as seen in the last image. It takes a standard E27 light bulb. These lights were very popular in Scandinavia during the 60s and 70s and presumably invented by Hans-Agne Jakobsson in Markaryd. This model however does not resemble any of Jakobssons styles and I have not been able to trace its origin.
