About this vintage design furniture
Famous chair model B32, in the version with armrests, made of beech wood, designed by Marcel Breuer in 1928. In 1968 Dino Gavina convinced Breuer to have Gavina produce his projects of the 1920s 1930s, which became the company’s best sellers, until this was not absorbed by Knoll, which continued production. The chair is not marked Gavina, someone must have removed the label over the years, but the quality and the details of construction leave no doubt about its authenticity. Furthermore it must be said that this chair belonged to a public body, as can be seen from the label still present, and the institutions did not purchase reproductions. The chair is in very good condition, with some normal signs of use. Note the lack of the original plastic feet and a small flaw in the cane.
