About this vintage design furniture
This is a great midcentury design item Freestanding floor lamp produced by Napako company in Czechoslovakia in 1960s. The light is marked as Type 1906 and shows amazing futuristic features of the design. It stands on three red steel legs which are very slim but stable and hold a white tube-like shade. It is made of whitecream metal mesh filled with white plastic. The light looks amazing when lid up, gives beautiful soft light. The metal mesh creates a beautiful detail especially when lid up. The light works on one bulb, European plug. The light shows some minor wear, checked by electrician.
