About this vintage design furniture
A beautiful 1960s "Cubic" chandelier in chromed steel, brushed brass and Murano glass by Gaetano Sciolari. It has thirteen individual lights, each cubic fixture being 8 cm wide and 16 cm tall. The thick, hand-made Murano glass contains tiny bubbles for a warm, dispersed light. It is ideal for lower ceilings, with a total height of 52 cm. This chandelier is in very good condition. The chrome is bright and reflective. The glass has no damage except for a few very small fleabites. The ceiling rose has some discolouration, which could be restored quite easily. This impressive fixture makes a jaw-dropping statement, and would complement any interior.
