About this vintage design furniture
This set of 4 dark rosewood office/dining room chairs, designed by Adam Stegner, was manufactured in the 1970s. The chairs can be swivelled and their height can be infinitely varied from 72 cm to 92 cm, with a seat height from 41 cm to 61 cm. The shells of the chairs show slight signs of use, the chrome legs are in perfect condition. The Flötotto company began using rosewood in the 1960s to produce seat shells for chairs. Rosewood had the advantage that it was very stable and could be shaped into different shapes. Within a short time Flötotto was known for the development of ergonomic and dynamic seat shells. A piece of usable design history.
