About this vintage design furniture

This set of eight dining chairs was designed by Niels Koefoed and produced by Koefoed Hornslet, in Denmark, in the 1960s. They are made from teak with skai upholstery. Restored, in good vintage condition, some traces of wear.

Niels KOEFOED

Koefoed is the name of a Danish design company founded in 1958 by Koefoed Larsen and his wife, Hanne Kjærholm. Koefoed Larsen, born in 1926 in Hobro, Denmark, studied carpentry and design at the Copenhagen School of Design.
