About this vintage design furniture
High-backed vintage armchair attributed to Flemming Lassen, produced in Denmark sometime in the 1950s. The legs are stained beech wood and the chair has been completely reconditioned in our London workshop with new upholstery in luxurious shearling from New Zealand. The springs have been tightened and foam and felt replaced for optimum comfort. Height 96cm Depth 87cm Seat height 42cm.

About the designer
Peter J. Lassen
Peter J. Lassen was a Danish designer who was born in 1930 and died in 2019. He studied architecture at the Copenhagen School of Architecture and began his career working for the Fritz Hansen furniture company. In 1969, he founded Montana Furniture, specialized in the production of modular storage systems.
